This Legal Notice applies to this website and to all pash.ch Online Store websites that refer to it (hereafter each individually a “Website” and collectively “Websites”). Each individual Website is operated by the legal or natural person indicated in the respective legal notice (hereafter the “Operator”). This Legal Notice is expressly without prejudice to any special rules (e.g. terms of use, GTC) indicated on the relevant Website or on any other pash.ch Websites. This Legal Notice may change at any time. Any amendments take effect from the time of the amendment.

The Operator will seek to ensure that product information and any prices indicated on the Website are kept up to date, although is unable to guarantee that this will occur. In particular, in the event of any changes to products, suppliers etc., it is possible that we may offer different variants of the same product at the same time (e.g. different production countries, producers or recipes). However, for practical reasons, in most cases the Operator only provides information on the Website concerning one single variant. Purchases in stores are subject in all instances to the labelling and prices indicated in situ and on the product specifically purchased or on the packaging and any inserts.
